We have a very solid, unusual and striking house built at Innes Park by Norm Wales Constructions Pty Ltd in 2014. We were new to building a home, having only renovated previously and it was a long journey. However, we found Norm and his team were patient, punctual and polite. We asked for some specially crafted features that Norm’s team was able to interpret and build. Norm was also honest in feedback and gave us a practical focus to make the look we wanted workable. We often receive positive comments from neighbours and other builders about the solid structure and pad, which we feel confident would starve off any cyclone or adverse conditions we get beach side. The end product speaks for itself and we have a beautiful beach house that is very enjoyable to live in.
