We built with Norm around 6 months ago and this was our first time building a new home.
We did a lot of pricing around town through local builders and even out-of-towners and in the end Norm was very competitive in his price.
Building your first home is a very difficult process. There are a lot of things to think about throughout the build. My wife and I changed our minds quite a few times. With each change that we made Norm was very helpful by getting quotes and information on the adjustments promptly so there was no delay in the build time. Norm and his whole team were very approachable throughout the whole process. We were always involved in the decision making.
We were very impressed with the build time, especially considering our family of 4 moved in with my parents while our home was being built. Even though our home was built quickly there were no corners cut and everything was done to Norm’s high quality standards.
Since moving into our home we had a water pump fail on Christmas Eve. As soon as we called Norm we had a new pump installed within the hour. It’s reassuring to know that even though the job is complete we can always rely on Norm if we have any problems or concerns.
