When we were thinking of building a new house, we weren’t sure who we were going to use, so whilst researching local builders and designs etc, we came across Norm Wales Constructions.
My wife and I had our own design and so I sent him a quick email to ask for some information. Later that day Norm called me and we had a good discussion about our expectations, so a few months later we bought a vacant block, and started the process with Norm and his team.
We had built a new home in W.A with a large company and once we signed the contract, that was it until handover. It was very different with Norm wales, we were made to feel a part of the process, we were treated with respect, and he was very understanding of our needs and ideas. We had constant updates on progress, and had walk throughs at every stage with the trades people. Norms scheduling of trades was exceptionally good, and all the trades people were polite, helpful and of the highest standards.
I could call Norm at any time and discuss things, including changes we wanted. He always had the time to speak with me and answer my emails. I could always contact the office and speak with Peter, he too was always helpful and reassuring.
The house itself is exceptionally well built, faultless in fact, which is a credit to the trades people, the team, and of course to Norm.
