After deciding to build for the first time and with a basic floor plan for our acreage block roughed out we approached several builders before selecting to build with Norm Wales Constructions.
We chose Norm and his team over the others for several reasons, being from the final house plans which gave us bigger second and third bedroom sizes to our entry way, master bedroom layout and our outdoor areas.
Norms standard inclusions also made our decision easier. Being involved in the construction industry myself I had already seen the quality and finishes of Norm and his teams work.
When it came to the actual build of our house we were impressed with how smoothly the build progressed and how well Norm and his team kept to schedule. Delivering it on time with only a couple of very minor issues along the way which were handled quickly and professionally by Norm.
Norm and his dedicated team made our first building experience enjoyable and hassle free and left us with a beautiful well finished home to enjoy. I have nothing but the highest of praise for Norm Wales Constructions and would highly recommend them to anyone considering building their new home.
